Polytechnic School at Queensland University (EPUQTECH)

In 1996, the Queensland University Council established the Polytechnic School (EPUQTECH) to meet the needs of the industrial revolution. The Polytechnic School at Queensland University (EPUQTECH) was established to educate undergraduate and graduate computer science students in computer engineering and digital systems for artificial intelligence. It was annexed to the Queensland University (UQ) Faculty of Science and Technology (FST). Founded in 1996, the Polytechnic School at Queensland University (EPUQTECH), a school of engineering, is one of the largest engineering education and research institutions in Haiti and remains the leading institution in Haiti in terms of the scope of its research activity in artificial intelligence and computer and software engineering.

EPUQTECH's engineering training meets the needs of businesses in all sectors of activity here in Haiti and abroad.

With their knowledge, our students can envision themselves working in fields as diverse as health technologies, the environment, clean transportation, energy, connected robotics, agriculture, etc., or become specialists in digital technologies: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, which is not yet fully developed in Haiti.
Through the activities of its faculty, staff, and students, the Polytechnic School at Queensland University (EPUQTECH) makes important discoveries in all areas of engineering and technology, and its achievements are shared throughout the Caribbean community.

Mission
The Polytechnic School at Queensland University (EPUQTECH)'s mission is higher education, research, and innovation in all fields, particularly scientific and technological, related to the practice of engineering and computer science. It also aims to provide community services for the benefit of Haitian society and the Caribbean community.

C’est pour répondre aux besoins de la révolution industrielle que le Conseil d'Université Queensland a pris la decision de creer Ecole Polytechnique de l'Université Queensland (EPUQTECH) en 1996, Ecole Polytechnique de l'Université Queensland (EPUQTECH) a pour mission de former des étudiants en sciences informatique au niveau de Licence et de Master degree en Génie informatique et du système numérique adapté à l’intelligence artificielle. Elle fut annexée à la Faculté des Sciences et Technologies (FST) de l’Université Queensland (UQ).

Fondée en 1996, Ecole Polytechnique de l'Université Queensland (EPUQTECH), école d’ingénierie, est l’un des plus importants établissements d’enseignement et de recherche en génie en Haïti et demeure le premier en Haïti quant à l’ampleur de son activité de recherche en intelligence artificielle et en génie informatique et Software.

La formation d’ingénieur de l’EPUQTECH permet de répondre aux besoins des entreprises dans tous les secteurs d’activité ici en Haïti et a l'étranger.

Fort de leurs connaissances, nos étudiants peuvent imaginer se projeter dans des domaines d’application aussi variés que les technologies pour la santé, l’environnement, les transports propres, l’énergie, la robotique connectée, l’agriculture… ou devenir des spécialistes des technologies numériques : Cybersécurité, intelligence artificielle qui n’est pas encore en pleine essor en Haïti.

Grâce aux activités de ses professeurs, de ses employés et de ses étudiants, l'École Polytechnique de l'Université Queensland (EPUQTECH) effectue d'importantes découvertes dans toutes les sphères du génie et des technologies, et ses réalisations sont diffusées dans la communauté caribéenne.

Mission
L’Ecole Polytechnique de l'Université Queensland (EPUQTECH) a pour mission l’enseignement supérieur ainsi que la recherche et l’innovation dans tous les domaines, notamment scientifiques et technologiques, liés à la pratique du génie et de sciences informatiques. Elle a également pour mission d’offrir des services à la collectivité au bénéfice de la société haïtienne et la communauté de la caraïbe.
