The Queensland University / Universite Queensland (UQ) Haiti has just adhered to BRICS+ Universities Association as a member since the year 2023 for Haiti.

The BRICS+ Universities Association is committed to fostering collaboration and innovation among the member institutions from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and universities from countries joining BRICS+ group such as Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Our mission is to promote excellence in higher education, research, and cultural exchange while addressing global challenges through joint initiatives. We seek to strengthen the bonds between member institutions and contribute to the development of our nations, the well-being of our communities, and the progress of humanity as a whole. Through collaboration and innovation, we aim to shape a brighter and more interconnected future for the BRICS+ countries and the world at large.
Our aim is to promote the interests of middle and small-sized universities in International Higher Education, facilitate international cooperation, share best practices and expertise, and create equal opportunities for the interuniversity relations development for all institutions.
