The proportion of maternal deaths is among the highest in the world. Access to potable water is 9% of rural populations. Access to loan is 10% of rural and urban areas of Haitian populations is the lack of food, water and sanitary conditions and the fact that there is one (1) Doctor for 15.000 inhabitants to treat diarrhea, typhoid, and tuberculosis. The most affected population are the children 0-5 years of which an estimated 55% are malnourished and 55.000 Children die per year before they reach the age of 5 years.
