    Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and Certificate of Graduate Studies (CGS)

    This certificate of graduate studies program (CGS) is designed for those who desire training in Teaching English to Speakers of the Other Languages (TESOL), but who are not pursing a Master's degree. To apply for this certificate program (15 credits hours for K-12 certificate, 18 credits hours for college level certificate) one must follow the same admissions procedures as degree seeking students.

    Designed for the Individual who desires to work with students and / or adults whose first languages is not English. Credits from this major can be applied to the Bachelor of English and Master's Degree.
