Haitian British Commonwealth Center for Exchange and Cooperation (HABCEC)
The Haitian British Commonwealth Center for Exchange and Cooperation (HABCEC) was founded in 2003 by the Board of Queensland University (UQ). Haiti is actually Candidate to integrate the Commonwealth Countries. The French Lengrauge represents a veritable handicap for the development of Haiti , we about Queensland University (UQ) we hope one day Haiti will be integrated to the Commonwealth Family of Nations and Peoples.
For that reason the Haitian British Commonwealth Center for Exchange and Cooperation (HABCEC) wish to establish Cooperation and Exchange with all the Commonwealth Family, institutions,associations,organisations, universities and research centers of Commonwealth Countries .
This network links people of different nations, cultures, races and economic levels, enabling engineers or nurses from different societies to explore and learn from their different yet related experiences can exchange and cooperate with Haitian British Commonwealth Center for Exchange and Cooperation (HABCEC) created by the Board of Queensland University (UQ) Haiti .
Objective of HABCEC
Our objective is to build stronger democratic institutions and processes across the Commonwealth Family and see together how Haiti can integrate in the Commonwealth Family, we have the Exemple of Rwanda and Haiti can do exchange with the Executive Responsibles of Rwanda . Relevance of HABCECWe place a high value on advocating the Commonwealth?s fundamental values as well as on practical action, through the promotion of and support for democracy in member countries to make them a reality on the ground and Haiti is a Candidate and we fight to integrate Haiti in the Commonwealth Family.
